28th International Mine Action Programme Managers Meeting (NDM28) and side event

　On April 10, Ambassador ICHIKAWA Tomiko served as facilitator at one of the plenary sessions focused on "National Capacity Development: Effective Localization in Mine Action" at the 28th International Mine Action Programme Managers Meeting (NDM28), co-hosted by the United Nations Mine Action Service (UNMAS) and the Geneva International Centre for Humanitarian Demining (GICHD). She also delivered the opening remarks at the side event co-hosted by JICA and CMAC titled "Nexus for Effective Mine Action: Strengthening National Capacity".
