2025 Autumn Conferment of Decorations on Foreign Nationals (3 November 2025)

On 3rd November 2025, the Government of Japan announced the foreign recipients of the 2025 Autumn Imperial Decorations and Mr. Bernard Xavier Quiby is among this year’s foreign recipients. In recognition of his contributions as a staff at the Delegation of Japan to the Conference on Disarmament for its activities, he will receive the Order of the Sacred Treasure, Gold and Silver Rays.
